Refund policy

We do NOT accept returns unless there has been an error on our part, such as sending you the wrong product. If you believe there is a dispute, we encourage you to contact us immediately:

Please take note of our working hours. Our team shall reply to you as soon as possible.
For verification purposes, please provide your invoice number when contacting us.

Remember to have your receipt, photo and our unique sticker attached to the bottle of your product as proof of verification. We reserve the right to reject returned bottles if the packaging box and labels are damaged or incomplete.

Please do not accept broken bottles when receiving the parcel; you should reject it and return it to the courier company immediately. If you receive a faulty product (e.g., breakage) , we will replace it for you or arrange a refund. Please note that damaged goods and delivery errors must be reported to us within three (3) working days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to reject your complaint if you fail to report it to us by the deadline. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, please send the bottles to our warehouse within seven (7) working days. Once we receive the bottle, we shall arrange to courier the correct order to you.

If we notice that you are a Muslim and/or below 21 years old, our Company shall cancel your order and deduct a processing fee of RM30.00, and arrange to refund the balance payment to you.

The refund policy doesn’t apply to self-collection orders at our warehouse. You’re advised to inspect the goods before leaving our warehouse. All self-collection orders should be collected within fourteen (14) days from the order placement date. Refund requests will not be entertained after the stated collection period.
